You can complete an enrolment form which can be downloaded from our website or you can request an application via email through admin@aaowt.edu.au. Upon receipt of the signed and completed enrolment form, the Academy will contact you to come in for an appointment and to ensure that you have all the required information before you sign your Letter of Offer and Written Agreement.
Timetables are created 3 months prior to the start of semester. On occasion, AAOWT may need to change a class date due to trainer requirements, class numbers or availability. When this occurs, you will be notified with as much notice as possible. If you are unsure about your timetable, contact AAOWT at admin@aaowt.edu.au The final timetable will be available online to students and confirmed one week prior to class commencement.

You are required to pay a non-refundable enrolment fee when you apply to the academy. Course fee deposits of 20% and/or payment plans must be confirmed and signed 2 weeks prior to the commencement of your first unit or class.
Yes, we offer a range of payment plans through our EzyPay system, a payment schedule will be negotiated with you at enrolment.
AAOWT accepts direct debit or fees can be paid on site. Please note that if you are paying with a credit card additional fees may apply, eftpos (saving or cheque) does not attract additional fees.
If you are paying by direct debit, you need to ensure that your full name is in the reference or we may not be able to track and allocate your payment. For account details, please contact the academy office on 08 9355 5239.
Depending on your course of study, the academy or your trainer may recommend additional texts to you. Resources and texts for units will be discussed with you prior to the unit commencing, required resources for units will be outlined to you in writing.
AAOWT offer an easy payment plan for our courses. For eligible students financial assistance such as Austudy, Abstudy and VET fee help for diploma courses may apply.

Successful completion of the following courses will allow you to gain membership with one of the industry bodies above and apply for a Health Care Provider Number:
Please note that both Massage and Aromatherapy have a Certificate IV as a pre-requisite.
By train: Take the Victoria Park exit from Victoria Park Station.
By bus: The Campus is conveniently located in the business hub of Victoria Park/South Perth, only 5 km or 10 minutes on Canning Highway from the Perth CBD.
By car: Students may use the car park at the rear of the South Gate Complex, or park several streets away from Canning Highway and enjoy a walk to Academy.
By bicycle: The health alternative! You are welcome to chain your bicycle to the bicycle bay in the front of the Southgate Management Office.
