Providing a series of Spa Treatments

 8 weeks

- Spa Body Exfoliation, Salt Scrubs, Dry Brushing
- Spa Body Wraps - Clay Products & Body Masks
- Body Wraps - Clay products & Body masks
- Healing Water Treatments - Vichy Shower, Hydrotherapy Bath, Steam Capsule
- Planning a series of Spa Treatment 
- Infra-Red Blanket 

Lomi Lomi - the ancient art of Huna Hawaiian massage
A style of massage that was passed down from the ancient Hawaiian healers and Herbalist. It is performed in a graceful and flowing rhythmical dance, utilising nature and the elements to increase the body's natural energy flow. 

3 weeks

Indian Head Massage - Head, Neck and Shoulder massage techniques
This is a fantastic massage as it can be performed without oil, making it perfect as a mobile treatment to relieve stress and muscle tension in the office. 

2 weeks

Hot Stone Therapy - the ancient art of hot stone massage techniques
Using the combined method of Aromatherapy and Swedish Massage, this therapy is specially designed to stimulate the flow of energy through the body, promoting balance and a feeling of wellbeing

3 weeks

Alternative Therapies (require one)
Ear Candling
Bach Flower Essence
Introduction to Shiatsu
Introduction to Aromatherapy
Reflexology for Relaxation

Dress code: Black top & pants and black closed shoes.
Requirement: Participants are required to bring 4large, 2bath & 2 hand towels to perform your treatments.

Pre-requisite: Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent

Certificate: Certificate of Completion from Australasian Academy of Wellness Therapies
