Introduction:
Myofascial release is one of the gentlest of all the body work modalities, and performed professionally, can achieve amazing results with very little physical effort on the part of the therapist.
Learning to understand and accept the “oneness” of the myofascial system gives the bodywork therapist a new tool with which to help treat the client, and your client will thank you for it.
